Maria Edwards is a communication-focused and relationship-driven program manager, currently leading Customer Experience programs in marketing technology. Originally from NYC, she relocated to Atlanta in 2022, eager to immerse herself in the city’s vibrant arts community.

Passionate about fostering creativity and connection, Maria co-chairs the Arts & Culture committee within the East Atlanta Community Association. In this role, she collaborates with community leaders, small businesses, and local artists to drive creative opportunities and visibility within East Atlanta. Before moving to Atlanta, she co-chaired the Young Professionals Leadership Group for the Art Therapy Project, a nonprofit providing art therapy services across NYC.

Now based in East Atlanta Village, Maria shares her home with two cats and her husband. She loves food, dancing, live music, and the ocean. A lifelong creative, she enjoys experimenting with various art media, always eager to explore new artistic expressions.
